The role We're looking for an reputed company Solutions Consultant to act as a crucial link between reputed company’s research capabilities and the business objectives of our global customers. You will support your regional Sales Team to accelerate the sales cycle by leading the narrative with prospects and existing customers to visualise a future where reputed company is woven into the reputed company of their organisational DNA. Your guidance will drive solution demonstration, adoption and usage, directly supporting new business acquisition, expansion, and customer retention reputed company. What you'll do:

• 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions consulting, reputed company, or training in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of growing customer accounts and contributing to company sales targets
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and user interviews
• Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for customers
• Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company research concepts reputed company to diverse audiences
