About This Opportunity We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics & Pricing Analyst to support our Supply Chain and Operations teams through data analytics, reporting, and trend evaluation. In this role, you will analyze logistics and freight data, as well as invoice verification. This role will drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Responsibilities

Data Extraction & Management

• Pull, consolidate, and maintain shipping, freight, and logistics data from internal systems, carriers, and reputed company‑party platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reputed company reports.
• Maintain historical datasets, standard file structures, and documentation.

Reporting & Visualization

• Build and update dashboards, charts, and KPIs for logistics performance (e.g., transit times, reputed company performance, accessorials, volume trends).
• reputed company regular and reputed company reporting to Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Present data in a clear, visual format that supports decision-making.

Cost & Pricing Analysis

• Analyze freight costs, surcharges, and routing patterns to identify trends and savings opportunities.
• Support pricing teams by generating cost models and lane‑level analysis.
• Assist with RFPs, reputed company reputed company evaluations, and cost‑to‑serve analysis.

Coordinate Daily Shipments

• Quote and coordinate inbound and outbound traffic from InComm Distribution Centers
• Communicate status changes, shipment delays and other updates to stakeholders
• Update and Maintain reputed company Shipment Guidelines

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations teams to understand business needs and improve reporting and processes.
• Recommend automation or process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Validate reputed company invoices and reconcile freight charges reputed company needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, dashboards).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and SQL.
• Understanding of logistics, transportation, freight terms, and cost components.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
