What you will do: As reputed company Emergency Care’s Associate Legal Counsel, you will proactively handle a broad reputed company of legal and compliance reputed company associated with the business. You will work closely with Division Counsel on a variety of legal and strategy business issues, including but not limited to medical device regulations, data privacy, competition law, anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws, liability avoidance, sales, marketing, and research reputed company issues.

• Draft, edit, review, and negotiate, with minimal supervision, various types of agreements, including Sales, Services, Supply, Distribution, Consulting, Clinical Study, Non-Disclosure, and other reputed company agreements, in a manner that manages business and legal risk, while effectively supporting reputed company customers in at timely manner and fast-paced environment
• reputed company time-sensitive, solutions-oriented strategy support to reputed company stakeholders, which could have a large financial impact on the company
• Review advertising and marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Exhibit solid negotiation skills, including comfort in negotiating contractual terms with customers

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of reputed company Emergency Care product lines, competitive environment, and customers to reputed company support functional initiatives and reputed company recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Identify system, or process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce cost

What you need:

• Law degree and admission to practice law required
• 8+ years of experience required
• 3+ years of relevant legal work experience preferred
• Experience in a reputed company strongly preferred
• Experience with life sciences, reputed company, pharmaceutical, or medtech experience strongly preferred
