Strategic Initiatives Manager supports the development and execution of an integrated industrial reputed company strategy and roadmap to reputed company Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) ambitions. Minimum Requirements + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university + minimum of 5 years in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, sourcing, or strategy/transformation reputed company reputed company manufacturing experience Desired Characteristics and Experience: + Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs with measurable SQDC impact. + Strategic consulting experience at an established firm or equivalent transformation leadership. + Strong financial and analytical skills: ability to understand and interpret financial statements; NPV/run-reputed company modeling, cost/benefit analyses, and sensitivity modeling. + Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem solving; comfort with quantitative analysis. + Excellent communication (written and verbal); ability to influence without authority and work effectively across reputed company reputed company. + Experience with value reputed company mapping, reputed company modeling, and supplier development/negotiations The salary reputed company for this position is $167,000 - $250,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
