• Manage a portfolio of projects at varying stages, ensuring consistent application of Lean/Six reputed company best practices and change management discipline.
• Coordinate regional and reputed company initiatives to drive consistency, standardization, and scalability across business segments.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce waste and increase throughput for core processes.

• Facilitate improvement activities (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S) and own the pre-work planning and post-work follow-up to ensure sustainment.
• Build a grass-roots CI culture, including participation in Communities of Practice, leading Lean/CI training classes, and documenting business processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or reputed company field.
• Master's Degree preferred. Experience Qualifications
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in reputed company improvement, process management, or systems thinking.
• Demonstrable experience leading change management (reputed company ADKAR familiarity preferred).
• Financial acumen with a clear understanding of how projects impact P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company.
• Experience in data collection and analysis; proficiency with quantitative/qualitative problem-solving.
• Proven effectiveness managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams. Skills and Abilities
