You'll be instrumental in creating action plans using our evidence-informed practice model, addressing critical issues such as child abuse, family conflict, domestic violence, and mental health concerns. What You'll Do: reputed company Counseling Services: Offer empathetic and undivided attention to help-seekers through phone calls, texts, and live chats, understanding their immediate needs and developing brief action plans. Documentation & Reporting: Accurately and completely enter relevant data into our Hotline database in a timely manner, and report information to authorities reputed company legally required. Maintain Quality Standards: Stay reputed company on reputed company laws, regulations, policies, and practices reputed company to child abuse and neglect, ensuring adherence to confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and contractual obligations. Collaborate and Grow: Attend staff meetings, complete required trainings, and actively participate in team discussions to identify effective approaches and interventions. Part Time counselors must work a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 29 hours per week. Shifts are first come- first served, and being listed here does not guarantee they will be available upon hire. Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience working with family violence and/or child abuse. Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of laws and regulations surrounding physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, child abuse, neglect, and legal reporting requirements. Ability to successfully complete Hotline Counselor training and pass reputed company competency assessments. Must meet reputed company job expectations, including successful completion of the counselor assessment, reputed company the first 90 days of employment.
