Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: reputed company assistance to customers for various banking and telecom-reputed company inquiries, including account information, billing questions, technical troubleshooting, and service updates
- Account Management: Assist customers with account setup, updates, and management, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues, reputed company solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution of problems
- Technical Support: Offer basic troubleshooting for telecom products and services (e.g., mobile devices, broadband, etc.)
- Billing Support: Address billing inquiries, process payments, and explain account statements reputed company to customers
