Job Title: Home-Based Customer Care Consultant – Banking/Telecom Projects Location: Remote (Global) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Start Date: 2025 Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Home-Based Customer Care Consultant to support our clients in the banking and telecom industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: reputed company assistance to customers for various banking and telecom-reputed company inquiries, including account information, billing questions, technical troubleshooting, and service updates
  • Account Management: Assist customers with account setup, updates, and management, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues, reputed company solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution of problems
  • Technical Support: Offer basic troubleshooting for telecom products and services (e.g., mobile devices, broadband, etc.)
  • Billing Support: Address billing inquiries, process payments, and explain account statements reputed company to customers
  • Customer Retention: Focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring high reputed company of satisfaction to drive loyalty
  • Multichannel Support: Assist customers through phone, email, or live chat channels, maintaining professional communication across reputed company platforms
