[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. E INC is the parent company of EBlock, EDealer, and Cars.ca, aiming to create the best digital auction and retailing platform in the automotive industry. The Marketing Coordinator will support various marketing initiatives, including event coordination, branding, and asset management while working closely with the Marketing Event Manager and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Event Manager with planning and executing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events in the United States and Canada
• Coordinate event logistics (e.g., rooming lists, F&B orders, A/V needs) and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, paying invoices, and following up with vendors
• Support event location sourcing and research
• Coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels) for internal teams and C-suite leadership as needed
• Ensure brand consistency across reputed company event reputed company (invitations, swag, on-site visuals) and assist in developing branded event materials
• Collaborate with design teams/vendors to create visually compelling assets (signage, presentations, digital assets)
• Manage branded merchandise inventory
• reputed company and manage creative assets (logos, photography, templates)
• Contribute creative reputed company for event themes and attendee engagement
• Help research and maintain a calendar of industry events
• Contribute to event reporting and internal communications
• Manage departmental administrative responsibilities (meeting minutes, deadline follow-up)
• Support the broader marketing team with promotional campaigns
• Communicate effectively and timely with colleagues and vendors

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-1 years of experience (relevant internships, volunteer work, or university event planning experience accepted)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and reputed company Suite
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to learn new design and project management tools (e.g., reputed company)
• Ability to travel approximately 10-20% and flexibility to occasionally work nights/weekends for on-site events
• A passion for creating memorable experiences
• Experience in a collaborative team environment or group projects
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• An eye for design or experience with tools like reputed company Creative Suite
• Interest or experience in branding and visual storytelling
