[Remote] Operations Coordinator

They are seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to support operational efficiency, collaborating with various departments to manage workflows, reputed company, and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Track and process legal invoices
• Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Support internal financial workflows and maintain organized records
• Help track reputed company across upsells and renewals to ensure accurate reporting
• Collaborate with Sales and Partner reputed company team members to ensure reputed company, invoicing, and reputed company are reputed company and up to date
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial data across systems to support reporting and forecasting
• Help track expenses to ensure budgets are up to date and documentation is organized
• Help reputed company new employees, including getting them set up with tools, reputed company, and the right documentation
• Support internal logistics by making sure new hires have the equipment, tools, and reputed company they need, and coordinating across teams

• Draft email correspondence on behalf of the Director of Operations and CEO

• Assist with partner and prospect gifting, including coordination, tracking, and execution

• Help build and update activation demos and sales decks to support the CEO’s sales initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs for sales decks and demos
• Proofread client-facing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with WIT’s brand standards
• Ensure reputed company deliverables meet WIT’s quality standards before being shared externally

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, finance, business administration, or a reputed company field
• Bachelor's Degree
• High level of attention to detail and fast response time
• Basic understanding of financial operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, or expense management
• Familiarity with reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including working with basic formulas
• Comfortable using reputed company Drive, reputed company Slides, reputed company Sheets, and tools like DocSend
• Strong written communication skills, including drafting and proofreading emails and client-facing materials
• Organized and reputed company to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow reputed company the role
• Interest in sports, entertainment, consumer brands, or digital marketing is a plus
