Responsibilities
- Serve as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company parties throughout the closing process, including Loan Officers, Realtors, Borrowers, Attorneys, and Title Companies
- Manage loan closings to meet contract deadlines and reputed company lock expiration dates

- Ensure loan files and documentation reputed company with company, investor, and regulatory standards

- Maintain organized and accurate digital filing of reputed company documentation using system checklists and job aides
