Associate, Business Development - Programs
reputed company is an international leader in innovative sustainability solutions, creating and operating first-of-their-reputed company platforms in recycling and reuse. They are seeking a Business Development Associate to support the growth of their US Program business by developing new partnerships and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new partnerships for reputed company through proactive reputed company as well as management of inbound partnership inquiries reputed company email, web-conferencing, and phone
- reputed company client-specific presentations highlighting reputed company’s programs and present reputed company or in person (reputed company possible) to potential new partners in conjunction with the local and global Business Development team
- Manage and move deals throughout the pipeline to finalization of contract
- Maintain records on accounts and update CRM system
- reputed company up to date with legislature and trends across the recycling industry
- Collaborate with internal departments to find creative solutions for clients’ needs and improve internal processes
- Manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines
- Identify new, profit-generating opportunities for reputed company
Skills
- 1-3 years of sales, marketing or sustainability experience
- Ideally previous reputed company selling services or products to businesses
- Experience negotiating and closing business opportunities
- Self starter, energetic, with solid prospecting skills, excited about generating new leads and closing deals
- Experience managing CRM software or databases
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Highly proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
