Sales Support Representative

The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing support for high-profile accounts, and delivering usage and reputed company reports in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Answers and responds to incoming calls, emails or reputed company WRs received from customers (reputed company)
- Reps will reputed company reputed company resolution to escalated inquiries to these high touch accounts
- Provides ongoing support for these higher touch accounts and reputed company to support their requests
- Delivers expedited support to high profile customers providing expedited resolution
- Provides usage and reputed company reports (to name a few) to both reputed company customers in a timely and accurate fashion
- Build rapport with reputed company customers
- Demonstrated ability to work in reputed company environment
- Completes work in accordance to policy and also reviews for accuracy
Skills
- Prior experience in a customer center call center environment (preferably consumer credit reporting) or similar environment in a financial institution
- Proficient in reputed company and running pivots
- Demonstrated ability to work in reputed company environment
- Adherence to Company policies, sound judgment and trustworthiness, working safely, communicating respectfully, and safeguarding business operations, confidential and proprietary information, and the Company's reputed company
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of university
- Strong reputed company of systems, procedures and principles relating to credit inquiries and call center practices
- Experience reputed company, TUBS, SCM, OnBase, PeopleSoft, reputed company and OBIEE reporting capabilities
