Responsibilities

• Review and process agent change requests, ensuring reputed company required documentation is received
• Obtain missing information as needed, update systems of record, and notify reputed company impacted parties of approved changes
• Maintain effective working relationships with reputed company partners by addressing inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to agent changes
• Participate in special projects and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in analyzing and processing agent change requests
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams including Service, reputed company, Sales Consultants, Licensing, and Commissions
• Effective communication skills to notify impacted parties of approved changes
• Ability to follow up on incomplete requests
• Experience in maintaining effective working relationships with reputed company partners
• Ability to address inquiries and resolve issues reputed company to agent changes
• Participation in special projects and contribution to ongoing process improvement initiatives
