Network Analyst I - EHRA
The reputed company serves as the Technology Center for the State of NC, providing technology services to state agencies. The Network Analyst I will be responsible for configuring and implementing network changes and providing technical support for the department's network services.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Tier 2 support for wide area network systems, including Metro Ethernet, L3 routing, MPLS, QoS, and Layer 2 switching
- Implement new releases of service components using established change, configuration, and release management processes
- Maintain accurate information on reputed company IT assets and configurations
- Coordinate deployment and implementation of local area networks for state agencies and institutions requiring connectivity to the reputed company Carolina Information Network
- reputed company provisioning, configuration, and deployment plans and coordinate with agencies throughout implementation
- Ensure equipment availability, correct configurations, and overall project reputed company
- Work with service delivery staff to fulfill service requests involving provisioning of data locations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT reputed company field from an appropriately accredited institution
- OR Associate degree in computer science, or a reputed company technical field from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of networking reputed company experience
- OR High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of networking reputed company experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
