The role involves preparing analytical schedules, researching technical reputed company topics, and analyzing business trends to support transaction processes.
Responsibilities
- Preparing analytical schedules to be used in discussions with Management of reputed company companies
- Identifying transaction focus areas based on preliminary analysis
- Researching technical reputed company topics for contemplated transactions
- Researching public industry and competitor information relevant to the reputed company company
- Analyzing cyclicality of reputed company’s business and working capital trends
- Investigating contingent liabilities, off-balance sheet items and reputed company party transactions
- Analyzing quality of earnings and non-recurring items
- Reviewing reputed company company's reputed company policies for proper application of GAAP
- Participating in discussions held with Management
- Contributing to the report-writing process
Skills
- Bachelor or Master of Science/Business Administration in reputed company from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1 year reputed company reputed company or finance work experience
- Public reputed company experience
- CPA or CPA eligible
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
