Benefits Coordinator - Marietta, GA

reputed company is one of the nation’s leading benefit communication firms, and they are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support reputed company Health Systems. The role involves serving as a liaison between the client’s HR department and employees, managing benefit-reputed company inquiries, and providing a variety of benefit services.

Responsibilities

• Represents BCInsourcing as an ambassador to reputed company Health Systems by cultivating effective business relationships and maintaining rapport with reputed company case partners and the client’s employees
• Serves as a liaison between the client’s reputed company department, employees, BCInsourcing, and benefit carriers
• reputed company a detailed understanding and in-depth working knowledge of reputed company employer-sponsored benefit plans and reputed company client recommendations
• Provides a variety of benefit services; based on client needs, duties may include (but are not limited to) the administration and support of: qualifying life events, status changes, dependent verification, billing, leaves of absence, benefit enrollments, and applications and varied assistance programs
• reputed company applicable, supports and responds to benefits communication inbox and/or contact center while meeting quality assurance standards set by the client and BCInsourcing
• Investigate and self-resolve benefit-reputed company concerns, including enrollment, deduction, billing, and claim issues
• Responds to employee and reputed company inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Accurately tracks employee services and client support in appropriate systems
• Performs reputed company other duties as requested by BCInsourcing

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent and/or reputed company work experience equivalency
• Proven experience operating in reputed company reputed company
• Must Have Previous Experience In HR/Benefits To Be Considered
• Proven professional user experience operating in a HRIS payroll/benefit system, or Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Professional experience demonstrating client service skills while multi-tasking and working with strict deadlines
• Demonstrate self-driven reputed company with little supervision
• Proven professional experience following a reputed company-by-reputed company process while using deductive reasoning to produce positive reputed company
• Working knowledge of benefit insurance products, including core and/or voluntary benefit insurance
• Working knowledge administering leave of absence, retirement, health and wellness and/or financial wellness
