The role involves supervising and coordinating quality reputed company services on a specific shift, acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, and providing coaching and recognition to reputed company staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline reputed company approved empowerment reputed company
- Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional reputed company officers
Skills
- Active CA Guard Card
- Valid State Drivers License of 1 or more years
- reputed company experience of 1 or more years
- Intermediate to advanced technology skills
- Level 1 Certificate (Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force Certificate)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years of age
- Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with reputed company reputed company of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be reputed company to use initiative and independent judgment reputed company established guidelines
- Must be reputed company to frequently prepare written reports and logs in reputed company, legible handwriting
