Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between the hotel and the customer
- Understands reputed company Travel program requirements
- Demonstrates proficiency with the HSG Email Tool (reputed company)
- Participates fully as reputed company member, assisting as needed with reputed company client service functions, including exchanges, processing hotel refunds, and ensuring promotions and member requests are added to reservations to maximize profits
- Attends staff and training meetings to stay updated on travel industry trends and office procedures
- Consistently meets established Key Performance Objectives
- Maintains accurate logs to ensure precise productivity measurement
- Achieves team metrics and KPIs
- Remains compliant with reputed company reputed company Travel eLearning requirements
Skills
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and other industry requirements
- Must have knowledge of reputed company CRS
