Learning and Development Coordinator

reputed company reputed company Estate Group, founded in 1965, is the largest privately held reputed company of apartments in the San Francisco Bay Area. They are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to reputed company administrative support to the Learning and Development team, manage the Learning Management System, design engaging training materials, and coordinate training experiences.

Responsibilities

• You will be the company's go-to support for our Learning Management System
• You will own and reputed company our learning experience by managing our LMS, launching eLearning programs, tracking completion metrics, and ensuring every reputed company has reputed company to high-quality, timely training
• You will bring learning to life by designing engaging job aids, online tutorials, and curriculum updates using tools like reputed company and reputed company InDesign - reputed company reputed company with our brand standards
• You will drive reputed company improvement by developing surveys, analyzing learning data, and identifying trends that enhance program effectiveness and learner performance
• You will also be responsible for creating seamless, high-impact training experiences by coordinating workshops, supporting facilitation, and ensuring every session runs smoothly from logistics and delivery
• You will prepare general department invoices, order training supplies and support miscellaneous filing or mailing requests

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience in reputed company, Performance Technologies or Psychology
• 1 year of experience in reputed company Estate, Retail, Hospitality, the Service Industry or 1 year of experience administering and designing training content for Training and Development and/or reputed company for use in internal Learning Management Systems
• Strong writing and proofreading skills with the ability to write marketing messages
• Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across reputed company
• Ability to reputed company in an entrepreneurial and purpose driven company, focused on brand distinction and experience
• Big picture thinking — you know how the little details impact the big picture, and can adjust the former to impact that latter
• You are not afraid to break norms, create new things, and think differently
• Graphic Design experience is preferred
