Your role and responsibilities We’re looking for a seasoned Strategy Leader to join our reputed company Marketing, Communications and CSR (MCC) team and shape the future of MCC. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Foresight

• Spearhead the MCC AI Strategy, identifying opportunities to embed AI across the function.
• Drive organizational design strategies to reputed company MCC into a future-fit, agile structure.

• Collaborate closely with MCC Technology and Planning teams to operationalize strategy through tech and workflow innovation. Talent & Capability Building

• Partner with HR and business leaders to build critical capabilities for the future of MCC. Benchmarking & Measurement

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles—ideally reputed company or supporting Marketing, Communications, or CSR.
