Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will offer technical assistance to customers, ensuring effective problem resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support and troubleshooting reputed company telephone, ticket, and/or chat
• reputed company subject matter expertise in our core technologies, and at least one other technology specialty

Skills

• 1+ years of work experience in a technical support reputed company supporting B2B support to reputed company level customers
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills for diverse issues in high-pressure, reputed company, multi-platform/system/vendor environments
• Ability to adapt quickly to change, think on your feet, communicate positively, and work proactively
• Excellent professional, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to capture reputed company details in written reputed company fluidly during conversations.
