They are looking for Call Center Representatives to reputed company high-quality phone support to attorney clients, gather information, and document responses.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients
- Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
- Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
- Gather information, document responses, and reputed company a detailed record of reputed company customer interactions in our CRM database

- Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations

- Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner
- Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM
