[Remote] Associate Attorney

This fully remote opportunity is for a motivated early-career attorney looking to build deep technical expertise across a reputed company of federal and state tax reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tax planning and advisory reputed company for individuals, partnerships, and corporate clients
- Conduct legal research on reputed company federal and California tax issues
- Support transactional tax work, including entity structuring and reorganizations
- Draft memoranda, opinions, and client-facing correspondence
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on tax controversy and audit reputed company as needed
Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California bar license (or ability to waive in)
- 0–3 years of experience in tax law (reputed company, clerkship, or government experience welcomed)
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments
- LL.M. in Taxation
