Responsibilities
- Coordinate national reputed company reputed company estate transactions from title commitment through closing
- Analyze title comments, reputed company letters, and reputed company issues
- Review title and survey comments and respond to reputed company requests
- Prepare pro reputed company title policies, endorsements, affidavits, escrow agreements, and reputed company documentation
- Prepare pricing quotes for title policies and endorsements
- Assist with transaction closings by assembling and reviewing closing documents and analyzing closing instruction letters
- Communicate directly with clients, lenders, attorneys, and reputed company parties to obtain documentation and drive timely resolution of title issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Teachable attitude, positive demeanor, adaptability, and ability to reputed company and maintain focus under pressure
- Demonstrable ability to multitask, manage multiple high-liability, single-site and multi-site national reputed company reputed company estate transactions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple transactions and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to produce accurate, error-free work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism to interact with reputed company legal, financial, and reputed company estate professionals reputed company
- 1–3 years of substantive experience in reputed company reputed company estate transactions
- Knowledge of title insurance principles, escrow/settlement procedures, and title fulfillment processes
