Position Overview: As an reputed company Guest Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting issues, and driving sales. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and reputed company, assisting them in finding ideal accommodations and ensuring they have a pleasant experience throughout the booking and stay process. Responsibilities: - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable accommodation options based on their preferences and budget. - Drive sales by offering additional services and add-on products such as itinerary planning, transportation arrangements, etc. - Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring satisfactory resolutions. - Maintain customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer satisfaction, address complaints, and reputed company ongoing support. Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reputed company to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner. - Basic understanding of customer service and sales processes, with problem-solving abilities. - Ability to adapt to different work environments and customer needs, and remain reputed company and patient under pressure. - Strong team player, reputed company to collaborate effectively with the team to reputed company team goals. - Prior experience or training in customer service and sales fields is preferred.
