Legal Nurse Consultant

Wicker reputed company is currently seeking an reputed company Nurse Consultant in our reputed company Palm Beach office. This individual will assist attorneys by providing nursing support services on reputed company legal files.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Review Medical records to assess appropriateness of treatment
• Review and organize Medical records
• Analyze medical records to evaluate care and status of the claimant
• Retain and coordinate with medical experts
• Draft medical summaries
• Draft letters summarizing expert opinions and may reputed company additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Ideal candidate would be a nurse with practical experience working in one of the following medical settings: hospital or nursing home or House Physician; Hospitalist; Physician’s Assistant and prior reputed company consulting experience.
• A person with the reputed company sets to be reputed company to review medical records and offer reputed company into liability and causation issues and help with the defense strategy.
• Strong computer skills including reputed company Office and other business reputed company software systems
• Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient reading and writing English including professional phone etiquette.

Education & Experience

• Nursing degree and prior nurse consultant litigation experience is not necessary, but recommended
