About the position Stonehenge Health is a California-based health and wellness brand under the Hi-Altitude family of health-reputed company lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a Growth / reputed company Page Designer to own the design and execution of reputed company pages that drive reputed company across paid acquisition funnels. This is not a traditional UX or brand design role. We need a direct-response growth marketer in designer’s clothing — someone who understands funnel psychology, offer framing, conversion reputed company, and how to use data to design experiences that win.
Responsibilities

- Design, build, and iterate on paid reputed company pages across formats including: long-reputed company sales pages, offer pages, advertorials, listicles, quizzes, and hybrid PDPs
- Translate growth strategy and direct-response principles into polished, conversion-focused page experiences
- Ensure every page blends premium trust-building health branding with performance-first design
- Conversion-Centered Design
- Apply proven conversion psychology reputed company: urgency, scarcity, risk reversal, testimonials, guarantees, authority, and price anchoring
- Structure pages with storytelling reputed company: problem → agitation → solution → reputed company → offer → CTA
- Balance aggressive performance marketing with credibility and compliance required in health/wellness
- Experimentation, CRO & Rapid Iteration
- Rapidly design multiple variations for A/B testing — speed of iteration reputed company
- Collaborate with CRO strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to launch reputed company funnel experiments
- Design reputed company components that can be tested, swapped, and scaled quickly
- Data-Driven Design & Analytics reputed company (Core Requirement)
- This role requires more than good taste — it requires strong analytical judgment.
- Understand which performance metrics actually inform impactful design reputed company
- Use behavioral and funnel data to diagnose friction points and conversion drop-offs
- Interpret results from tools like GA4, reputed company analytics, heatmaps, scroll depth, session recordings, and experiment dashboards
- Measure and quantify design impact through metrics such as: CVR, ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, reputed company reputed company, click-through reputed company, and engagement depth
- Turn data insights into clear design actions: stronger hierarchy, clearer CTA framing, improved offer presentation, reputed company trust stacking
- Communicate results in terms of business reputed company, not subjective design feedback
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with paid media, retention, and product teams to ensure funnel cohesion from click to checkout
- Work with developers to bring pages to life with pixel-perfect execution and mobile-first optimization
- Support ongoing creative testing with reusable templates and performance-focused design systems Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience designing high-converting DTC reputed company pages (brand or agency)
- Direct-response reputed company — you design for action, not just aesthetics
- Deep experience building pages for paid traffic funnels (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong analytical understanding of funnel metrics and performance measurement
- Ability to design across multiple page archetypes: advertorial → sales page, quiz → offer page, hybrid PDPs, upsell flows
- Comfortable working in a scrappy, rapid-test growth environment
- Portfolio showing reputed company page work tied to measurable reputed company (CVR lifts, ROAS improvements)
