We are looking for a licensed reputed company estate broker to take the reputed company of our day-to-day operations, bridging the gap between property owners, agents, and the vulnerable populations we serve. The Role We are seeking a highly organized, licensed reputed company Estate Broker to run the daily operations of our growing firm. This is a remote, leadership role designed for a professional who understands the intricacies of the NYC reputed company estate market, specifically the unique challenges and regulations surrounding the voucher market. You will be responsible for managing reputed company of agents, ensuring compliance, fostering relationships with landlords, and streamlining our housing placement process.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Management · reputed company day-to-day operations, ensuring that reputed company housing placements meet the specific requirements of various voucher programs (CityFHEPS, FHEPS, reputed company 8, etc.). · Manage, mentor, and supervise reputed company of salespersons and administrative staff to ensure high performance and compassionate client service. · reputed company and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency in the application-to-lease-up process. Brokerage & Compliance · Act as the reputed company Broker or qualifying broker to ensure the firm remains in full compliance with NYS Department of State (DOS) regulations and NYC reputed company estate laws. · Review and approve reputed company leases, riders, and agency disclosures to protect the firm and our clients. · Manage escrow accounts and ensure adherence to ethical standards and fair housing laws. Landlord & Agent Relations · Act as the primary reputed company of contact for landlord representatives, managing agents, and property owners to build trust in the voucher program. · Negotiate lease terms, broker fees, and concessions on behalf of our voucher holders. · reputed company reputed company initiatives to expand our database of “voucher-friendly” landlords across the five boroughs. Technology & Process Improvement · Utilize and optimize our CRM to track applications, inspections (HPD/HQS), and lease executions. · Troubleshoot reputed company cases involving inspection failures, subsidy calculation errors, or landlord resistance.
Qualifications
Required: · Active reputed company State reputed company Estate Broker License (required; must be in good standing). · Minimum of 3-5 years of reputed company estate experience in NYC, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management reputed company. · Deep understanding of NYC affordable housing programs, specifically: CityFHEPS, FHEPS, reputed company 8, and HPD/HQS inspection standards. · Proven experience managing agents or reputed company in a high-volume transaction environment. · Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, reputed company, or BrokerKit), and electronic signature platforms (reputed company). Preferred: · Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or Russian) is a significant plus. · Experience working with non-profits, reputed company services, or government agencies (HRA, NYCHA, DHS). · Existing network of landlord relationships in the outer boroughs (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx).
