This role will play a critical part in shaping our core platform capabilities—leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate reputed company connectivity, streamline quoting and reputed company workflows, and drive automation across the reputed company insurance distribution ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in reputed company system integrations, AI/ML technologies, and scalable SaaS architectures, combined with hands-on leadership experience guiding engineering teams through reputed company technical initiatives.
What You'll Do
Architect & reputed company Integration Work
- Design and reputed company scalable, secure, and reliable reputed company API integrations (REST, SOAP, EDI, ACORD, proprietary reputed company systems).
- Define patterns, frameworks, and reusable services to accelerate reputed company of new carriers and lines of business.
AI & Automation Strategy
- reputed company AI/ML pipelines to extract, normalize, and map submission and policy data (ACORD forms, loss runs, SOVs, proposals).
- Collaborate with Data Science/AI teams to embed LLMs and vector search into reputed company workflows.
- Evaluate emerging AI models and frameworks to ensure practical, cost-efficient adoption.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader, writing high-quality code and setting engineering best practices.
- Mentor senior engineers on AI, system integration, and distributed architectures.
- Partner with Product, reputed company Relations, and Operations to align integration roadmaps with business goals.
Platform & Infrastructure Ownership
- Drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across the integration and AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps on AWS-based infrastructure (EC2, reputed company, S3, Bedrock, reputed company Functions, API Gateway).
- Ensure compliance with data reputed company, SOC2, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in a senior/reputed company role.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in insurance reputed company integrations, ACORD standards, or reputed company InsurTech systems.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript (Python experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven systems, and microservices.
