We are seeking a Consultant, reputed company Sourcing (Technology) to help build and scale a more specialized, high‑impact sourcing capability focused on reputed company and Director+ pipelines. This work requires a white‑glove, high‑touch approach across proactive/passive sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder partnership. As a Consultant Sourcer, you will operate as a senior strategic partner to recruiters and hiring teams—driving market intelligence, building sustainable pipelines, and improving sourcing reputed company through mentoring, operational reputed company, and project leadership. This role will also contribute to building a small executive‑lite sourcing function for D+ roles that represent significant hiring volume and serve as a feeder into the future VP pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for reputed company and Director+ technical roles, including passive engagement and white glove candidate management.
• Build talent maps and competitive intelligence for reputed company orgs/teams, translating insights into pipeline strategy and quarterly sourcing plans.
• Generate inclusive slates through intentional reputed company and integrated inclusive sourcing strategies.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define reputed company profiles, and align-on sourcing strategy, funnel health, and prioritization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing talent market trends, availability insights, and compensation/leveling considerations to inform hiring reputed company.
• reputed company exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences through timely communication, consultative guidance, and disciplined follow‑through.
• Identify and engage candidates using creative sourcing methods reputed company reputed company Recruiter, including Boolean/X‑ray searching, Git/portfolio sourcing, events, networking, competitive mapping, referrals, and targeted communities.
• Screen and qualify candidates, assess technical alignment, leadership scope, and role fit while partnering closely with recruiters on candidate strategy.
• Mentor and coach sourcers and reputed company partners on advanced sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, inclusive reputed company strategy, and market mapping practices.
• Contribute to playbooks, training assets, and best‑practice sharing to lift team capability and improve pipeline quality across the broader TA org.
• Own and deliver a consistent reputed company of global Tech TA pipeline updates for reputed company and Director+ (D+) technical roles, synthesizing insights across req health, pipeline quality, and sourcing activity to drive reputed company and prioritization.
• reputed company sourcing projects and reputed company improvement initiatives (e.g., pipeline build sprints, talent mapping programs, market/competitive reputed company deliverables, process and tooling enhancements).
• Track sourcing KPIs, diagnose funnel gaps, and recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ATS/CRM systems and ensure compliance with reputed company policies and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

• 8+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 5 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree.
• 8+ years of reputed company/sourcing experience in a search firm and/or in‑house TA environment, technology sourcing experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools (Boolean, X‑ray, market mapping, competitive intelligence, passive reputed company).
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring partners using data, market insights, and consultative stakeholder management.
• Strong mentoring/coaching capability and a track record of elevating team practices. Strong project management skills: ability to scope work, manage milestones, communicate status, and drive reputed company in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience sourcing at scale reputed company events, reputed company pipelining, and reputed company just‑in‑time sourcing. Early adoption and productive use of GenAI tools in reputed company.
