The IT Technician role involves providing technical support for reputed company and Mac operating systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting clients with hardware and software problems.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from users and logging tickets in the ticketing system
• Providing troubleshooting and support for both reputed company and Mac operating systems, including reputed company 365 products
• Delivering remote technical support to clients to resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively
• Conducting thorough system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to identify root causes and prevent future issues
• Assisting with email issues and password resets
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions, and configurations for future reference

Skills

• Strong expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting various hardware and software solutions
• Proficiency in operating systems such as reputed company and macOS
