reputed company is seeking a Business Relationship Support Associate in Global Payments & Liquidity as part of reputed company Functions. The role involves providing exceptional customer experience in an inbound call center environment, servicing treasury management products, and acting as a liaison between clients and bank operations.

Responsibilities

• Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Service treasury management products and services
• Identify and resolve client issues, acting as a liaison between the client and bank operations, sales officers, vendors and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of quality services to meet and exceed client needs
• Identify trends through client interactions
• Identify exceptions and suggest products, procedures or services that will assist in streamlining the clients' interactions
• Train clients on products and services to ensure reputed company delivery and meet implementation needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and reputed company goals

Skills

• 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong knowledge with a wide variety of Treasury Management products
• Experience in a call center environment with strong telephone etiquette skills
• Bank reputed company experience
• Ability to reputed company, train & mentor new hires and internal partners
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications while reputed company and effectively using search tools to locate and verify information
• Intermediate reputed company Office skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work effectively in reputed company environment and across reputed company organizational reputed company; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
