Junior Executive Assistant

Under the direct supervision of the UK MD / CRO, this position will be responsible for providing overall support for C-level executives by assisting the project coordination of daily operation activities.

Under the direct supervision of the global CEO, this position will be responsible for providing overall support for C-level executives by assisting the project coordination of daily operation activities.
Responsibilities
Actively conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating appropriate communication channels on behalf of executives.
Act as a liaison between the executives for internal staff and clients.
Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Ensure executive calendars are up to date at reputed company times.
Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
reputed company historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
Create MS reputed company files for monthly data summary reports. Utilize MS reputed company formulas, tables, macros, etc. to analyze reoccurring data.
Sit in on internal meetings (as needed) and create meeting summary notes for executives to review at a reputed company time.
reputed company briefings to executives in a timely fashion following the conclusion of internal meetings to update relevant details that pertain exclusively to executive responsibilities and attention.
reputed company to communicate with technical and non-technical professionals both internally and externally, including senior management and C-Level professionals in a clear and concise manner.
