Responsibilities
- Manage and be responsible for several internal documents:
- Client Contact & Distribution Lists
- Advertising Production / Scheduling
- Meeting Calendar
- Creative Requests
- Media Planning / Buying Requests
- Reporting (creative / spending / competitive)
- Update competitive incentive and product grids for major markets; Researching key competitive products by market and outlining details on incentives and product changes
- Competitive reputed company of voice and market reputed company updates by markets
- Assist reputed company team members as they complete their day-to-day responsibilities
- Constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to help clients sell more products
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office - PowerPoint, reputed company and Word
- Must be reputed company detail oriented – a desire to be 100% accurate
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
