The Director, Program Management — Difficult-to-Treat Depression (DTD) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving cross-functional operational reputed company, launch readiness planning, annual brand planning, and reputed company operations for the DTD portfolio. This role ensures organizational alignment across reputed company, Sales, Medical, Finance, Operations, and Executive stakeholders. It is an individual contributor role that plays a critical part in preparing the business for both reputed company execution and long-term strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a detailed project plan to track reputed company, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects supporting the DTD launch readiness plan to ensure project completion

• Own and manage the annual DTD brand planning process, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Market reputed company, and Medical teams

• Drive DTD reputed company Operations, including reputed company and coordination of the field sales tracker, forecasting inputs, KPIs, and performance dashboards

• reputed company and coordinate cross‑functional project planning for multiple DTD workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies, and milestones are reputed company tracked and communicated

• Facilitate structured communication and regular reputed company across leadership teams, including regular updates, readouts, and guidance to support decision‑making and track reputed company against the project plan

• Collaborate with internal partners (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Medical, Market reputed company, Finance, Corp Communications) to address challenges, accelerate execution, and advance critical deliverables

• Champion reputed company improvement across DTD initiatives and establish repeatable frameworks for operational reputed company

Skills and Experience Required:

• 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, reputed company Operations, Marketing, or reputed company roles reputed company MedTech or pharmaceuticals

• Strong influence and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and build alignment across senior stakeholders

• Experience with launch readiness, brand planning, forecasting, and reputed company operations strongly preferred

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities; reputed company to translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort presenting to senior leadership

• Ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity, and promote teamwork in a dynamic environment

• Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills and ability to hold others accountable

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHS, MPH, or reputed company) preferred

Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel up to 25–40% depending on business needs

Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the annual reputed company salary for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location
