The role involves communicating with consumers reputed company phone, providing resolutions to inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate reputed company inbound telephone calls with consumers
• reputed company reputed company resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information. Accurately document and update records in required systems
• Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
