1591 Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Project Leader, reputed company project plans, timelines, and budgets; create documentation and manage critical aspects of team deliverables, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Utilize existing project templates or create new ones for client engagements to reputed company visibility into tasks and deliverables.
• Track project reputed company, including identification of action items, reputed company in resolving issues, and documentation of reputed company throughout the project.
• Note: Must be reputed company to understand English fluently and reputed company up with documentation during client and internal team calls.
• Create and document go-live checklists, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and schedules, based on vendor templates.

• Document operational processes or organizational structures to support client or project needs.
• Support the project team in the creation of presentations and other materials.

Requirements

Skills:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• reputed company in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
• Familiarity with contact center operations, voice reputed company channels, and technology solutions; experience with platforms such as reputed company, reputed company CXone, reputed company, or similar is a plus.
