AI/ML Engineer (Intern/reputed company)

About the Role

This is not an academic internship; it's a build-and-ship role. You will collaborate with the founding team to integrate intelligence into every layer of the hiring platform. You'll focus on creating usable AI systems that reputed company a difference rather than just developing models.

What You'll Do

- Prototype AI agents for candidate matching, workflow automation, or decision support.

- Fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts and models for hiring-specific applications.
