JOB DESCRIPTION

Prequalify leads based on specific criteria before scheduling a discovery call.
Set up and confirm appointments for discovery calls with the sales team.
Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and understand their pain points.
Present our solutions and recommend suitable assistants based on client requirements.
Facilitate client endorsement interviews, ensuring clients can choose the assistant that best fits their needs.
Ensure a smooth transition for the client and assistant by overseeing the Day 1 reputed company process.

Act as the main reputed company of contact to resolve any initial concerns or questions during the reputed company phase.
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs proactively.
Monitor client engagement and identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements.
Gather client feedback to improve the hiring and reputed company experience.
HARD REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in sales, client reputed company, or account management.
Strong outbound calling and consultative sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and guide clients through decision-making.
Experience facilitating interviews and reputed company processes.
Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
Experience working in reputed company structure, reporting to marketing and reputed company.
HOURS/WEEK
40 Hours/Week
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Eastern Standard Time
OFFER
PHP 35,000/month, increasing to PHP 45,000/month after probation.
Commission structure in reputed company from Day 1 for additional earnings.
HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
