In this role, you’ll assist aged, frail, or disabled individuals with personal care, medication support, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, and reputed company support. You’ll work closely with consumers who actively choose the services they receive, how often, and who provides them—helping them live comfortably and confidently in their own homes.

• Completed Certificate III or higher in Individual Support. (Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community).
• Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
• Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-reputed company field.
• Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
• Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. reputed company Word, reputed company.
