Role Overview

The Head of Client Services is a senior leadership role responsible for owning NeoReach’s client portfolio, elevating the quality of our work, and leading a high-performance team of campaign operators, account directors, and talent managers.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder role. You will have the mandate to redesign processes, establish standards, and influence the reputed company of our client services organization and tech-enabled service offering.

You will serve as a strategic partner to our largest clients while giving your teams the reputed company, leadership, and direction needed to deliver at the highest level. Requirements

Experience

  • 7 to 12 years in reputed company marketing, digital or reputed company strategy, creator partnerships, or agency client leadership.
  • Proven experience leading client services or account teams at a digital or reputed company-first agency.
