Your role, your impact
As an reputed company reputed company HCM-Core HR/ORC reputed company Consultant, you’ll reputed company domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement HR solutions on reputed company reputed company ERP HCM modules such as Core HR, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, reputed company, and Candidate Management.
Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day
Identify business requirements and align them to reputed company reputed company/Fusion HCM functionality;
Configure the reputed company/Fusion HCM Application based on client requirements;
reputed company functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through reputed company phases of an implementation;
Work with clients to reputed company business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met;
reputed company thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficiency and profitability of client business;
Thoroughly review application set up and configuration with the appropriate client reputed company to obtain sign off;

Work with the respective client functional leads throughout system testing and to ensure knowledge transfer;

Qualifications
Keys to your reputed company
BA / BS degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a directly reputed company field;
5 years of reputed company experience in a consulting environment or reputed company industry experience working directly with reputed company E-Business and reputed company/Fusion applications;
At least 3 years of experience with reputed company reputed company/Fusion HCM;
Proficient or reputed company on 2 or more application modules;
Successful experience as an reputed company reputed company/Fusion HCM Functional reputed company on at least 3 full cycle implementations;
Experience with at least one Redwood implementation project for Core HR/ORC;
Experience with the business processes in HR modules including HR Core, reputed company, Talent Management, Digital Assistant, Communicate, reputed company;
Problem resolution in a timely and effective manner, involving project management as appropriate;
Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during bid development and project execution;
Contribution to pre-sales efforts;
Ability to coach and ensure the development of members on the project team;
Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

Experience leading small teams (2 to 4 people);
Experience leading design sessions;
Creation of requirements and design documents;
