What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of previous commission based sales experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Ability to overcome objections

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $17.13 per hour (during the initial training period this reputed company is $17.13 per hour), plus incentives ranging from 2.0% to 14.5% per commissionable dollar sold. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings reputed company of this reputed company. Please note: Components of incentive compensation are paid both weekly and monthly for this role.
