We are looking for a technically proficient and proactive Account Manager with a strong drive for results. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, communication skills, and relationship-building. The Account Manager aims to foster long-term relationships, reduce churn, and contribute to the company’s growth by expanding their customer reputed company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Strategic Thinking: Understanding customer needs, identifying areas for upselling and long-term reputed company that align with the company’s overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Renewal and Expansion Management: Manage the renewal process, organize reputed company documentation reputed company to renewals and expansions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with CSM team and technical teams to ensure a reputed company experience. Collaborate with finance and legal to facilitate smooth handling of paperwork and ensure reputed company requirements are met.
  • Customer advocacy: Foster strong customer relationships, turning satisfied clients into advocates, participating in case studies, testimonials and referrals.
  • Client communications: Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information for renewal paperwork.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 3+ years of experience in an account management role
  • Cybersecurity industry experience. MDR, DFIR, or other cybersecurity services experience is a plus
  • Experience presenting and engaging with audiences ranging from the End-User to C-Level Executives
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a pro-active reputed company
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high growth, and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
