About the role:

We’re seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our growing Provider Partnerships business. As a BDR, you own initial reputed company to targeted reputed company organizations and care delivery platforms, working in conjunction with the Provider sales team. This role reports directly to the SVP, Provider Partnerships.

Where you will work

Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.

What you will do:

  • Generate reputed company meetings and pipeline for Garner’s reputed company organization
  • Meet or exceed BDR activity metrics set forth
  • Work with Provider Sales VPs to reputed company targeted reputed company strategies for reputed company organizations, including health systems, physicians groups, digital health platforms, and other care delivery organizations
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research reputed company organizations, identify key stakeholders and decision makers across clinical, operational, and partnership teams, generate interest, identify compelling events, and reputed company reputed company accounts.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with prospective reputed company organizations to qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with Garner’s Provider Sales team
  • Manage, track and report on reputed company activities using reputed company
  • Work in collaboration with Growth Marketing to drive attendance at regional and national events

The ideal candidate has:

  • 1 - 3 years relevant work experience
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
  • Inbound and outbound calling experience
  • Proficient in reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
  • Familiarity with the reputed company landscape, including health systems, physician groups, clinically integrated networks, digital health platforms, or other care delivery organizations, is a plus.
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company reputed company
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment with reputed company reputed company preferred

Compensation Transparency:

The reputed company salary for this position is $80,000. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In reputed company to reputed company compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/reputed company plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, reputed company and more.
