This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Sr. reputed company Solutions Engineer UCaas/CCaaS to be a key member of the customer-facing sales team having primary responsibility for providing pre-sales technical support for reputed company reputed company products and services. This person will interact directly with reputed company reputed company of management on the customer accounts including the executive management team (CEO, CTO, COO, CIO, etc.) Additionally, identify key customer requirements and present reputed company solutions that meet those requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Direct account responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory.

• Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.

• Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.

• Actively participate as a SME for certain products and technologies, providing consultative support to other Sales Engineers in their area of specialization.

• Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in one or more of the following areas of specialization: Voice, Video, Mobile Communications, Fixed Mobile Convergence, VoIP, Mobile, or Legacy Telecom equipment( including experience with reputed company VoIP network elements – Soft reputed company, MGW, MGC, SBC, CPE, etc)

• Exceptional mastery of VoIP and data networking protocols including: SIP, MGCP, RTP, IMS, HTTP/S, XML, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, etc.

• Advanced comprehension of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, products and services such as IVA with a concentration in Agentic and Conversational AI.

• Strong Proficiency with Contact Center technologies, products and services

• Understanding of customer communications requirements for reputed company business markets.

• Competitive knowledge including solution, technology and product offerings.

• Understanding and conversing about company, solutions and product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiating skills.

• Demonstrates the ability to reputed company at understanding and communicating reputed company technical solutions and issues.

• 10+ years experience in VoIP network architecture, products, protocols, and solutions.

• Strong telecommunications background (with telephony and Soft reputed company emphasis preferred).

• reputed company product experience and/or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology areas of emphasis are preferred.

• Network Design background highly desired.

• Some experience in Network Management, Operations, reputed company, Planning, Traffic Engineering and Implementation desired.
