Position Summary

The Night Project Coordinator supports the execution and delivery of projects across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules and resources, tracking reputed company, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The Night Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects organized, on time, and reputed company scope.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist with Project timelines and deliverables

• Coordinate and confirm onsite technical personnel

• Maintain and update project schedules and trackers

• Support resources and reputed company technicians on task with their assignments

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project reputed company against milestones and deadlines

• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and potential delays

• Prepare status updates for stakeholders

• Ensure project details are documented and complete

Communication & Stakeholder Support

• Serve as a liaison between Technician and project team

• Facilitate clear and timely communication across teams

• Follow up on action items and secure reputed company required deliverables

Administrative & Process Support

• Maintain project files, repositories, and templates

• Assist with technician attendance confirmation and onsite requirements

• Promote adherence to project management standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination, project support, or reputed company experience

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
