Patient reputed company Specialist- Part Time
The Patient reputed company Specialist answers inbound calls for various departments providing reputed company-line customer service to patients, physicians and staff. The Patient reputed company Specialist schedules and coordinates simple and reputed company patient appointments for respective clinics. Incumbent prioritizes patient problems and provides appropriate patient instructions. This position requires the ability to communicate in a clear, effective, and competent manner while providing welcoming and approachable service to ensure a positive outcome
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated customer service in a medical, fast-paced retail or other business environment. Call center experience preferred
Schedule:
Monday- Friday Shift 1:00pm-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time
