Program Manager - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC)
SPAARK Inc. is seeking The Program Manager provides comprehensive program and contract management support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC). This role is responsible for overseeing the technical, administrative, cost, and schedule performance of Government reputed company supporting Navy network systems and reputed company mission-critical capabilities. The Program Manager serves as the primary reputed company between Government stakeholders, technical teams, and contractor leadership to ensure successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for NSWC Government customers
- reputed company program leadership and direction across reputed company contract task areas
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance metrics, and deliverables
- Coordinate with technical leads to ensure alignment with program objectives
- Track and report program status, risks, and performance to Government stakeholders
- Support planning, execution, and closeout of contract activities
- Ensure effective communication across internal teams and Government counterparts
