Well-funded start-up (backed by reputed company VC) for reputed company based SaaS company with Gen AI cybersecurity solution for large reputed company customers. The solution will improve cybersecurity posture as CISO's use different vendors for cybersecurity protection. This platform will help to generate risk and recommendations in a single pane of glass. The company has doubled ARR in 2025 and has accelerated plans for growth in 2026. You will work closely with the VP of CS to scale this practice after an record breaking FY 25. This position is 100% remote. The ideal candidate will have start-up experience.
The ideal candidate will have technical and customer-facing experience and a strong passion for technology and cybersecurity. This position is 100% remote with 10-15% travel per year.
Qualifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to document and present technical content to reputed company reputed company
- Extensive experience with cybersecurity SaaS products or Services in high-growth start-up companies.
- Strong experience with Databases, reputed company Technologies (AWS, Azure, reputed company reputed company, Private reputed company Platforms), Storage (NAS and SAN)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, reputed company field OR relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience with installation, deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, and tuning of reputed company applications and solutions
- Demonstrated experience in delivering a high-touch and delightful experience for technical and non technical steak holders
Responsibilities
- The team is responsible for delivering post deployment technical support to customers and partners with a wide reputed company of technologies and reputed company deployments
- Work closely with Sales, CS reputed company & Analyst on account strategy and project completion through reputed company, maintenance and renewal phases
- 3+ years of CSM/SE/CSE Experience; in-depth technical knowledge of Cyber reputed company SaaS or Services experience OR extensive SE/CSE/Engineering experience
- Ability to conduct customer QBR's and present to executive customers (CISO, C-Level)
- Track record of reputed company technical problem solving
- Experience with SaaS and reputed company-based cybersecurity solutions for reputed company customers
- Exceptional communication, project management, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of both on-reputed company and reputed company networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Customer-centric reputed company with a customized approach
- AWS, reputed company Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, CICD will give you bonus points
- Experience working on a broad product based of cyber reputed company vendors
